Genetic Defect?

Hello Friends,
I brought this up awhile back, and am trying again - does anyone
have any suggestions
Young girl 4 years old, born without pituitary stem cells. She grew
normally until she was 6 months old, then stopped growing. She is now on
Thyroid replacement therapy and Human growth hormone.
She takes HGH daily by injection.
I gave Baryta Carb (which helped with involuntary urination), calc phos
tissue salts which help with 'growing pains in her legs'.
Is there anything that can be done for the child?
Can homeopathy possibly help to stimulate a genetic defect into repair?
Why did the child grow normally until 6 months? Could mom's thyroid
hormone last that long in her body?
Thanks for any suggestions.
Warmly, Maria
