Just had someone in who is struggling to catch her breath when talking and has a very hoarse voice veering on no voice. She doesn't feel too bad in herself . Feels like she has a band around her chest when talking. Slight cough > cold water. Expectoration greenish.
I gave her Caust but would be interested to know what others think in case it doesn't work!!!!

PS I gave up with the other one. As far as I know she still hasn't got her voice back!! At least it wasn't a paying patient The Nat Salicy didn't work.
