Please add your comment to this, the skeptics are bound to be there in mass. Grace
"It’s not just doctors who are responsible for the over-use of antibiotics — a splutter sends many people rushing to their GP demanding a dose of penicillin. Instead, they could treat minor ailments themselves or use homeopathic remedies."

I have just written them. My German private health insurance company
covers homeopathic treatement to at least 80%.

So glad finally to see reason trickling through into the press.

Julie :-))

Reason may trickle through the press but not necessarily the public ! In the States there have been many articles like this one and I would bet antibiotic use is still over the top. All we can do is educate educate our own little corner and pray the information spreads.
Great to see the first comment as Rochelle's and Jean's as well.

Yes, we also have health insurance companies in the UK who pay for homeopathy, almost
all of them do, in fact, although PPP and Bupa only pay if the homeopath is a medical
Hom. practitioner.
Another piece of good news today - one of my ex-students of Hom. has just been offered
a job practicing homeopathy in the North of England for patients with mental illness living
in small private homes, all supported by the local psychiatrist who is interested in
Homeopathy after the manager of the homes received successful treatment himself. So,
we are getting there, slowly but surely. Many of you may have also heard about Jeremy
Sherr's launch of his new project in Tanzania where he has started clinics treating people
with AIDS. Let's raise a glass to these triumphs please, cheers. Grace
