dear rochelle, i think this is your case? i have deleted everything and
printed out the case, so am not sure. at any rate, if not yours, to whoever
the case is: first, my sense of the case; then a remedy suggestion, then
some rubrics. it feels like incest to me because of the cutting of her arms.
and her father coming with her to the visit, wanting to make sure she
does not tell the family secrets (as i said on an earlier post). the remedy
i would suggest is folliculinum. there are some readings in eh that are
excellent and hb from india just sent out to those of us who asked some
lovely notes on foll by melissa assilem. these are from melissa's notes:
mental sx:mind: feel as if controlled by another, (she brings her father
with her to the interview and HE calls to ask about his not coming on the
next visit and says he knows everything about his daughter); post-traumatic
stress disorder; sequelae from childhood sexual abuse; sequelae from medical
hormone abuse; general sx: cravings, esp for sugar and wheat; migraines;
female sx: endometriosis; menstrual sx: prolonged and heavy flow. from
o.a.julian in eh: dysmenorrhea; hypersensitive to noise; congestive
headaches either with redness of the face or the opposite; swallowing of
liquids very painful (could this be why she does not want to drink, has to
make herself?);stubborn constipation; On some other notes, have you asked
her if she , or more likely her mother took des? that could have caused the
endometriosis. foll is the hormone secreted by the ovaries. also known as
oestron. there is lots more in both melissa's notes and eh. somewhere it
says extremities cold. i hope this is helpful. best, sheila
