I've found fresh mozzarella with olive oil won't raise and usually lowers my blood sugar. Brie is high sat fat and helps me. I used to eat more aged cheeses but now less so since incorporating some blood type diet concepts though swiss and parmesan never hurt. Macadamia nuts are high sat fat and lower carb. Walnuts and almonds are lower carb than other nuts.

I stopped eating almonds since in the USA they are all "pasteurized", chemically fumigated with propylene oxide for 4 hours to prevent bacteria growth. While organic almonds may be steamed, there is no mandate to do so. And all raw almonds are unlabeled to this treatment. A TOTAL USA DISGRACE! EPA, gov't agency, says "safe". ;-)

Read this and you'll never eat another USA almond!

You can order directly from some California growers untreated almonds.
If you have 85 blood sugar, you're doing quite well!
