Ferrum Metallicum - Deadly Resonance?

Hi Shannon,
I'll respond to what you asked seperately but I thought I should report on my experiences with this remedy for anyone who thinks random homeopathy is completely safe. I took a 200C dose of Ferr Met a few months ago based on a well thought out rep that Dr. Marco did for my partial torn rotator cuff. I remember it putting me into a negative lousy mental state and feeling buzzing sensations along the arm and shoulder with the tear. During two weeks, there was improvement of pain, range of motion and tiredness of the arm. Then I took a 200C of my Ramakrishnan constitutional (also on Dr. Marco's rep but lower score) and the arm improved even more. That improvement did not occur when first taking this constitutional.over the summer prior to Ferr Met.
After a couple of months, I felt the arm starting to worsen, but not that much. So, I thought, why not repeat this process? I took another dose of Ferr Met 200C. Again put me into a negative mental state. During the first 2 weeks, had no noticeable changes to arm. I thought, let the remedy keep acting into week 3. Simultaneously, my blood glucose readings showed super high numbers, into the 300-400's, mentioned in other threads. I reacted to everything I ate. I felt physically lousy. Last Thursday, I went for acupuncture, my energy healer puts his hands over different body sections and "talks" with innate. (Chiro equivalent of vital force). He also uses an Accugraph machine hooked to computer which measures 9 different energy meridians based on TCM. Those readings were way way down. He said while placing his hands over me that I seemed to be "dead" in heart, liver, kidney areas. He seemed concerned because it was his last day before a South African vacation and wouldn't be back for 2 weeks to treat me. I felt like I was dying. I also developed a new, never before shown, one inch oval skin eruption on my left forefinger. It was slightly puffy with a purplish color and felt rough but looked shiny like I had singed the area on an iron. It felt weird to touch.
I knew it was the Ferr. Met doing this. And it wasn't wearing off, I was getting worse. So on Saturday I took 200C of my constitutional and IMMEDIATELY felt better, A whoosh overcame me and I started to have positive energy, my blood sugar which was over 200, now showed 160. I took a 2nd dose that night and have been much better since. No 300-400 blood glucose readings since, Thinking and feeling clearer, great energy. The finger skin eruption is returning to normal color and is shrinking. No improvement in the arm but hasn't worsened.
I know many think homeopathy is innocuous, if you take the wrong remedy it does nothing. That is wrong thinking. You may not realize the reactions that someone may have when a remedy resonates negatively instead of positively. This also reinforces why not to repeat remedies unless there is a clear indication to do so.
I wonder if one's vital force is damaged by taking remedies that resonate negatively followed by those remedies which are positive.
Has anyone given Ferr Met as a constitutional?
