How to Get Intravenous Vitamin C Given to a Hospitalized Patient

Post by Irene de Villiers »

Alpha lipoic acid will recycle it several times.
Was that it?
The fastest absorbing magnesium is magnesium gluconate. Absorbs by
tablets of 30mg Mg each in about 1 to 2 hrs (compared with 8 hrs fro
other magnesium forms) - or in 1 hr if you get it liquid (which
however has sorbitol and other junk added)
Both are OTC items from a pharmacy in USA. A few tabs is a quick help
- but potassium is equally relevant.
Nicely better than here.
Namaste,
Irene
