Vitamin C (sodium ascorbate form) articles & info summarized

Post by Sheri Nakken »

How high of a dose have you been able to take at one time?

Due to its acidity often have discomfort before can reach high enough doses
We take it to bowel tolerance and can go much higher, usually, with sodium ascorbate (buffered ascorbic acid)

Alkaline producing foods.
Decrease acidic foods (sugar, chocolate and more)

Calcium intake of these types - 1. Carbonate, 2.Oxide
in an alkaline direction, i.e., up toward 6.40.
