Any suggestions for the blue/purple scarring that has been left from Molluscum on a 10 yr old's thighs? I think it is Dr AUR who suggests Bacc. but I can't see any reason to give this.
Thuja has now cleared the molluscum up whereas before she was getting cellulitis from each one as it got big and matured . I have gone up on the Thuja with this girl as she still has Thuja mental and emotional issues about the state of her body. She is the child I have written about before who does not want to grow up and refuses to say why. I asked her yesterday to write down her thoughts on it so she can just give it to me rather than having to talk about it. Mum wonders if she knows more about the birds and the bees than she makes out. She is affectionate towards Mum and Dad and accepts affection but gets very upset if she sees mum and dad embracing (jealousy?) . Apparently dad makes things worse because he teases her about snogging boys when she is older. Her younger brother doesn't help either copying his dad to upset her. I am wondering if there has been a sexual experience that she has not told anyone about to have made her like this. She has always been an obsessive child and saw a child psychologist about it at age 7. She seems to have grown out of this though.
I suggested Rosa Mosqueta oil for the scars but does anyone have any other suggestions?

Just for a thought:

I was told that scars in general would be covered by "cicatrice" (tho I
had thought that meant specifically a raised scar; however, that's what
I was told). So how about starting with:

Skin; CICATRICES; BLUE (10) : ant-c., asaf., Bad., cench., ferr.,
lach., rhus-t., Sep., sul-ac., thuj.
Skin; CICATRICES; BLUISH red, after pustules (1) : ant-t.
Skin; CICATRICES; RED, become; Blue, or (1) : sul-ac.
Skin; ERUPTIONS; BLOTCHES; Bluish (1) : sul-ac.

And then adding:

T; Thuja occidentalis, Arbor Vitae, tincture of the fresh green twigs;
Complements (10) : ars., med., merc., nat-m., nat-s., nit-ac., puls.,
sabin., sil., sulph.
T; Thuja occidentalis, Arbor Vitae, tincture of the fresh green twigs;
Follows well after (13) : asaf., Calc., ign., kali-c., lyc., Merc.,
nit-ac., Phos., Puls., Rhus-t., Sabin., Sil., Sulph.

I didn't combine them, but looking for those that include both
one-or-more from the first group, and also one-or-more from the second
group.

First among those is Rhus-t (Cicatrices, blue + Thuja-follows well).
According to Smits, rhus-t applies to situations of past abuse (and
presumably it would not have to be overt to still apply), so has that
additional *possible* tie-in? (And for God's sake, tell the father and
brother to quit teasing her!!!!!!! Sounds akin to kicking someone's
wooden leg! )

Asaf is in the same 2 rubrics. Sepia is not listed as having
particular relationship to Thuja, but is (4) for "cicatrices, blue"...

Okay, that's my quick thoughts...

And I was also thinking along the nutrition lines - This is the child who doesn't eat well isn't it? If so it makes sense that she is not healing well - she may be needing nutritients in material doses - silica, iodine, zinc, biotin,sunshine, and a range of vitamins - E, A and C just for starters. But I guess you need to get to the underlying cause and fix why she isn't eating well in the first place.

Was having a browse for scar in the MMs - Calendula is an interesting one to come up - It says something along the lines of that it relieves obstructions (is she the one that was having constipation), unblocks and lets the free passage of expression flow; also bulimia and possibly other eating disorders.

Thanks Shannon. It looks as if Thuja could still be relevant.
I forgot to add that after seeing this child for 5 appointment Mum suddenly drops the bombshell that this child suffers from severe nosebleeds and has done since she was 3!! She thinks that maybe they have been less frequent since the Thuja!! I am still pondering about Calc that others suggested last time I discussed this case and that has nosebleeds in overweight children!!!

Thanks for answering. This child is not the one you are thinking of - I see that one on Thursday!! That one is much better, eating wise according to mum but still awaiting a specialist consultation.
The child with the scars is veggie and overweight. No constipation. Vit E and C are good suggestions.
