Thyroid gland problems

Dear all,
I am expecting the suggestion & help from all of you who are experienced in treating the diesease described below.
A female, age 36, is suffering Thyroid Gland enlargement problem in throat.
Now she is sometimes facing shortness of breath, chest pressure and irregular rhythm of heart beat after medium
hard work. her blood pressure is low.
Would you please advice have there any remedy of homoeopathy for treating this problems.

Hi Quamnul,

The answer is "yes", but *which* remedy would have to be worked out
thru taking her entire case, as is usual for chronic disorders.

If you are looking for something specific to goitre alone, it would be
best to begin with blood tests to check whether she is deficient in
iodine, and if so (and especially if she lives in an area where the
local food supply is iodine deficient), supplementing that would
probably be the place to start.
