What a great book for beginners..and everyone else...i found in my little
library and i had only skimmed it years ago...but lots of great tidbits..i
wonder if sankaran hadn't read this book years ago or if whitmont hadn't been
trained by sankaran. I never read anything from cover to cover. Is there a
remedy to cover that? He has a section in there of twenty or so remedies and
how each responds to impatience but i was too impatient to read through it.
But nonetheless...some nice pieces of gold in that book.

I have a question that maybe only women can answer. you know how when you are
younger and you hang out with another woman alot...and somehow your
menstration cycles begin to change till you're both menstrating at the same
time? Well..i'm older now and i have a female roommate and we keep getting
bladder frequency at the same time. can this be true...that when you live
with another woman...your bladder begins talking to the other woman's bladder.
this has happened three times in the last year. I'm talking peeing every half
hour all day long. Is there a remedy to cover this? Picking up other people's
energy fields and planting them in your own body? umm..might be a boundary
issue...phosperous? What other remedies have boundary issues. I wish someone
would write a book describing 20 different remedies responses to boundary
issues...but then ,of course..i wouldn't read the whole thing anyway.

Obviously Sankaran was influenced by Edward Whitmont...Edward
belonged to a much older group that presented regularly in
Homeopathic recorder- Hayes, Whitmont, Sutherland and such...around
1940 - 1950... I like Whitmont's writing but have never been a big
fan of his ( In contrast I like Hayes articles very much; excellent
author, masterful language)

Sometimes you start sharing the same microbes - which are easy to
pick up when you live in the same house. There are many more
microbes that we harbor than we realize and which probably decide a
lot of our natural activities.

Do you also drink water like the other person? Thirst -like yawning
and of course urination - is infectious ( and also important from an
evolutionary point of view). So may be you start drinking the same
way and times and people catch the urge to urinate also when they
see the other person doing it... there is a lot of suggestion
involved in these activities as well...

If freq. urging is problematic and if other symptoms agree you could
try Calc.phos ( since you also thought of Phos). It is one of the
best remedies to control freq. urination and I have used it in 200,
1 M or 10 M for that purpose.

Hi,
you asked for menstruation at the same time of two women living together.
In former times it was very usefull that that's normal.
If you were farmer and wanted to prepare sausages, the pig was killed when the farmers woman (and all others) didn't had their menstruation because otherwise the sausages would have been destroid.
There are other causes for this same-time-m's, but that's one I remember

Menstruation is definitely hormonal, since the smell contributes to ovulation among women.

Frequent urination, every half hour day & night, is a first sign of insulin resistance. The body is flushed with sugar and tries to get rid of it by way of the kidneys.

The reason both of you are having the same symptoms is probably because both of you are eating a lot of simple carbs, and not getting enough exercise. That is how many family members get the same diseases.

Check your blood sugar to see if it is above 100.

Then you can go to the proper remedy, like Phos, Phos Acid, etc; and cut out simple carbs.

i remember the same experience when i was younger. it always had a
serendipity feel to it and was kind of fun. there was also a convenience
to it.
another perspective to poor boundaries is that this kind of synchronicity
between people reflects a positive spiritual connection that is very
meaningful. i guess it depends on whether one finds it problematical
for some reason.
but your question about remedies that have boundary issues is very
interesting. i have raised that question myself at times. maybe this
could be a group effort here on minutus.
