another ping realization- jetlag

Hi everyone.
Last week I attended a seminar - tho it was only 1 hour difference by timezone, the only connections made it an overnight 13 hour journey.
I arrived. and then was totally knocked out- couldn't keep my eyes open, wanted to sleep and sleep some more.
Of course, as learning curves go combined with cosmic coincidence, just last week I followed-up a ovarian cyst patient on APIS. In her case, the pains had reduced, but she was abnormally sleepy! I looked it up to find APIS's keynote is extreme drowsiness. I had advised the patient accordingly to take care of her aggravation.
Well, back to my "jet lag"
A friend gave me a clue - "there are dark circles under your eyes," she said, "you've got jet lag".
Well, that didn't make sense since it was only 1 hour time difference, until I thought about it some more. A few days leading up to the trip, I'd been under a lot of stress in preparations. I also didn't drink my usual amount of water. So i was quite dehydrated.
Dehydration - dark circles- sleepy ... exhausted kidneys!
Apis perked me up in no time.
And as a matter of fact, Apis perked up 2 others who had also flown in from various corners of the world for the seminar!
Think about it the next time you travel. Your jet lag may not be simply "arnica" or "cocculus indica" but rather exhausted, dehydrated kidneys by which Apis is the perfect simillium.
