With chronic treatment that is mostly the case.
I dare say I refer more people to homeopaths than anyone else...............through the work I do with vaccine dangers. I refer daily at least 1 person if not more, for treatment by a homeopath. My experience has been very very discouraging as those I refer get back to me and report their experiences and results.
I was not talking of acute treatment, which obviously requires more frequent treatment if first dose doesn't do it.
THAT is the point - what is a homeopath going to do with a severe aggravation. I never found menthol or coffee or any of that to be helpful. Only sometimes another remedy. I don't have this situation with water potencies.
So you modify your schedule - what do you do with the problems?
It is hard to comprehend this unless giving too low and no results. Or too high and no results and wrong remedy, etc.
And what follow up is done for chronic treatment after a dry dose is given, other than the follow up in one month or 6 weeks or whatever the practitioner does. What adjustments are made after the dry dose is given within that month? How do you know what the action of that remedy is before the month or so is up? How do you know what to give next? How do you give repeating doses to speed and ease the cure as Hahnemann taught (as we can do with water potencies - test dose and then repeat every so many days depending on the reaction to the test dose given in water.
I slung no dirt at any one person. I have given you aphorisms. I have shared my experience. I have shared what I would do.
Often that is because the person given the remedy isn't experienced in how to do them. My family and patients all do water potency dosing without problem.

C's are easily used for those who are more sensitive and LM's aggravate or would aggravate. Can always move up in potency.
None of the above mean that dry dosing is better.
That is hardly the criteria for a dry high dose.
and I would question generations of homeopaths not seeing a problem.............sometimes we don't see what we don't want to see. Same as pediatricians don't believe they have ever had a vaccine reaction in their practice.
that just isn't good enough for me when I know it doesn't have to be that way using a test dose of a water potency given with the sensitivity of the person in mind - dose and potency adjusted for that.
That is your opinion.
I guess you don't read the same things from David LIttle as I do.
Well, Shannon, that remark doesn't even merit a response.
That is your opinion and experience.

thanks for writing and so glad you have shared your story of water potencies
Glad India is further recognizing homeopathy

PS - I don't think Vithoulkas uses water
potencies.....................correct me if I am wrong.
Little, de Schepper and Murphy are the only 3 teachers I know that do
