Hay fever with cough

The nose was permanently blocked-he would blow and wouldn't relieve it at all. Then he would sniff and wipe. Clear mucus and didn't complain of it stinging. His eyes don't hurt or run but he was complaining of a
"headachy head" and feeling sick. Became very warm and flushed last night and finally fell asleep. The cough is like his asthma cough .
Struggling this morning with the cough and sneezing. Yesterday after school he was bunged up and the cough
became worse as day progressed.
Does this ring any characteristic bells. The child has done well on Arg Nit progressed to Phos but last week was given Ars 30 because of is increased restlessness. I wonder whether the Ars had brought this hay fever on. Hay fever was one of the presenting complaints 2 years ago but it didn't seem to appear last year. In my opinion we have finished with Arg Nit but I wonder whether to see if a dose will stop this hay fever.
