test subjects were found to be infertile after two months. In China
it is used as an oral male contraceptive. In the West, further

side-effects are considerably limited."

So may be worth looking at - although the remedy is made from the
root not the seed

I have got that book and looked in the index and checked the 3 references for Agnus Castus but unfortunately I couldn't;t find it. However it does sound like a remedy which may be helpful.

For Oligospermia you can try out UBI-Q, a specific remedy, prepared by Fourrts Herbomineral Division in Chennai in India. I have started this remedy in a case of oligospermia very recently but would be in a position to comment on the outcome at least after 12 weeks. I have not obtained encouraging results with any other potentised remedy so far. I find Sulfanilamidum and X-ray suggested for low sperm count in Murphy's Hom. medical repertory. I haven't tried Sulfanilamidum so far because I could'nt find it in Calcutta. Hope this piece of information benefits one and all.
