Ars for my coma friend

I need to ask for your opinions again.
Today, MS's son gave him a few drops of Arsenicum albans 9C in his ear
(dissolved in a 4 oz bottle, then diluted through a 4 oz cup, with no
succussions). Five to 10 minutes later, MS started moving his face. He was
able to communicate consistently by answering yes or no by moving his
eyebrows. This is the first time MS has consistently responded to outside
communication since his coma. In the past, the most he had been able to do
is move his eyelids in response, but that was unreliable and only happened
in between transfers when he hadn't been on his drugs for a while. This is
the first time he has shown any response while on drugs.
Yesterday, he was taken to imaging. The first thing they said today was
that there has been no improvement in the internal organs--and that now MS
appears to have pleurisy as well. So we know that he wasn't getting better
already.
The question is this: when should he get another dose of Ars, given this
dramatic response with such a low dose after only 5 minutes? MS's son is
elated and wants to give another dose. But I told him to wait and do
nothing until I've had a chance to consult some homeopaths. The last thing
MS needs is an aggravation right now.
My husband had to leave Paris and go back to work. On his last day there,
he was still unable to find a local homeopath. I have two more names to
call, thanks to a homeopath in France on this list. So I will keep trying.
Thank you for any and all feedback.
Helen
