And what do you about the Second prescription?
I don't have anything to do about the second prescriptn but those who buy
the meds otc follow the instruction on the bottle - usually
and typically:"take one tsp thrice a day"
If the case is serious then, and only then, do they visit
a homeopath.

Your understanding in this case is perfect!
As a Hahnemannian site, we have a responsibility to those who would wish to learn more about Hahnemannian Homeopathy.
Although of course we can discuss the pros and cons of combos, there is ABSOLUTELY no room for (based on the Organon) incorrect and misleading advice such as yours.
