This looks very dodgy. Here's a quote from the site's Software Lovers Club page:

It looks to me as though "members" will get exactly what they deserve.

Dear Dr Riaz,

My impression, given the word "cracks" and the references to expensive software, is that this is a way to share software without legal entitlement to do so. Perhaps I'm misunderstanding.
