open university health survey

Dear All
The Open University is conducting a survey into the choices people make re: complementary/conventional medicine. The vast majority of people that have taken part so far are GP’s and Dentists so please take the time to complete the survey (5 mins) to balance it up a bit, and forward to anyone you know who would be interested.
