Hi Friends,
I'm a guest editor for the current issue of the newsletter for NASH (North
American Society of Homeopaths). If anyone feels inspired, we would greatly
appreciate the following:

****testimonials and experiences about the value of the "virtual community"
of homeopaths accessible through online discussion groups like minutus and
others. (Testimonials from people who who participate in several such
groups are especially welcome.)

****reviews of movies that clearly depict remedy states. A number of
homeopathy teachers use movies as a teaching tool. The review should
include rubrics and materia medica to support the remedy choice.

****updates on political work in other states (besides New York and
California--I have information from them), to acheive legal protection for
the practice of homeopathy.

****last but not least, homeopathic humor! We all need more of this! We
are starting a new feature, "Strange, Rare, and Hilarious," which will
include cartoons, anedotes, jokes, anything amusing related to homeopathy.

An offshoot of soliciting humorous contributions was starting a mock
proving, which has been a lot of fun so far. Anyone who wishes to
participate, please rephy separately. The "proving" will follow strict
Hahnemannian protocol.*
If we receive more than we can use for this issue, we will use it in future
issues.

By the way, anyone in the US or Canda who is interested in homeopathy should
seriously consider joining NASH, a vibrant community of homeopaths working
diligently to develop and advocate for the profession. (Student Membership
is $55., Associate Membership is $80. See nashinfo@aol.com for more
information about registered membership, for practitioners who meet
standards of competency determined by examination, case submission, and
education and practice time.)
Warm wishes,
Charlotte Gilruth, CCH, RSHom(NA)
