Remedy duration in spring water- fridge

I just wanted to second Irene's experiences using refrigerated remedies. They seem to work just fine, over long periods of time. When I'm treating someone who has alcohol problems, I don't use alcohol in their remedy, and just tell them to keep it in the fridge.
Also, it does make a HUGE difference how pure the water is that you use. Trinity and Penta (in the US -- Penta is purified by reverse osmosis) have never grown any visible contamination as remedy media. In contrast, many local brands of purified tap water, as well as Whole Foods brand "Spring water" have shown contamination within a few days, even when alcohol has been used in preparing the remedy.
Also, I know that high heat can affect remedies, but in winter, I've known a couple of folks who live in very cold places, who've had remedies freeze, and then still be just fine, obviously still working, when they thawed out (water potencies).
