SRP -- any ideas?

I'm surprised I can't find more on this but does anyone have any hints for this SRP ... in 7 year old boy with high functioning autism - does not like to have genitals touched (to be washed or even with a towel) because he fears it will fall off (fear of castration?).
Also - delusion his genitals are laughing. (I know - how's that for SRP!)
Additionally, (different subject) can't quite recall which remedy has the essence for wanting to live each day to its absolute fullest, fit in all kinds of activities, keep busy, because life could end at any minute... I was thinking Nit Acid for some reason but can't find what I was looking for.
Thanks if anyone can help!
Truly,
Erica

How about this?
Mind; FEAR; Mutilation, of (p, 1): lac-f.
Mind; DELUSIONS, imaginations; Body, body parts; erroneous ideas as to the state of his (p, 10): cot., cypra-e., germ., haliae-lc., lac-lup., posit., psil-S., pyrog., SABAD., stram.
Mind; DELUSIONS, imaginations; Laughed at, to being (p, 19, 2-2): Adam., aq-mar., Bar-c., Des-ac., flag-l., Germ., haliae-lc., herin., Ign., lac-Leo., lach., latex, LSD, Nux-v., oci-S., Ph-ac., psor., rhod., Sep.

The commonality between those 3 rubrics is the presence of a Lac: Felinum, Lupinum, Leonium, so maybe he needs another Milk as could emerge from the rest of the case.
What do you say?

My son, also 7 years non verbal, high functioning autism was put by his homeopath on Hyocyamus 30,( 2 pills , 3 times a day) with a single dose of Phos 1M at the begining of the months ( potency has increased over the months). Although he has the opposite interest with a constant desire to play with his genitals ( almost like masturbation ) . He had shown distinct improvement over time till he has now suddenly regressed.
I hope it helps ... or at least i would be delighted to have views on the medication line as his progress has been oscillating
regards
rajmohan

you might have to combine different rubrics to get the full sense
of the child's sx, but here are a few thoughts that may tickle the gray matter
tanya
MIND - DELUSIONS - body - parts - taken away; parts of body have been
bapt, daphne i

MIND - DELUSIONS - separated - body - mind are separated; body and

MIND - DELUSIONS - talking - part of body is talking to another part; one

Hi,

I came up with these:

Phatak, All; SEXUAL, TOUCH, MERE agg, con[1], grat[1], nat-c[1], plat[1]
Boenninghausen, Genitalia; CONDITIONS: TOUCH: AGG:, am-c[1], ars[1], asaf[1], aur[1], bism[1], bor[1], bry[1], chin[1], clem[2], cocc[2], con[1], graph[1], mag-m[1], merc[1], merc-c[1], nat-m[1], nit-ac[3], nux-v[2], ph-ac[1], plat[3], rhod[1], rhus-t[1], sabin[1], sec[2], sep[1], staph[2], thuj[1], zinc[1]
Boenninghausen, Genitalia; CONDITIONS: TOUCH: AGG: OF CLOTHES, AGGRAVATION:, graph[1], lach[4], phos[1]
Clarke, Temperaments; SENSITIVE. TOUCH, TO, AFFECTED PARTS VERY., guai[1], hep[1]

Also for what it's worth, sometimes in dreams laughter means the sexual act - it doesn't take a genius to see why.

The sense of disconnection - he talks as though his genitals have a life of their own - sent me looking at rubrics around parts not belonging. The closest I could find was:

Phatak, All; LIMBS, BELONG TO HER, DID NOT, agar[1], ign[1], op[1]

Gail.

Wow! Thank you Dr. Rozencwajg, Rajmohan, Tanya, and Gail.
These are all great leads. Thank you to everyone. I will be reviewing each suggestion carefully. Definitely a feeling of "divided into two parts." He says, "My good part ate my bad part and now I'm not good anymore." And, "My bad part is pushing my good part down." Also, has a fear of faces - especially cartoon faces or faces on toys, t-shirts, etc. Also delusions of wolves. Obsessed with wolves, "predators" but was obsessed with butterflies for 2 years. Very locquacious, high energy but very sweet. Chronic acutes of croup. Heavy teeth grinding.
Dr. Rozencwajg, Lac Lupinum is near the top of my list. :-) As are Lachesis, Tuberculinum A, Thuja, and Silicea.
Has had Stramonium, Hyoscyamus, Calc-C, and Tuberculinum Bov. (water dosing) over the past year+. Has made good solid progress but nothing "sticks."
Thank you again for the leads.
Truly,
Erica
