Similia, Australia's peer-reviewed journal of homoeopathy, is seeking unpublished case reports demonstrative of the Law of Similars. Cases will need to have enjoyed reasonable follow-up but may have had an acute, chronic, or traumatic aetiology.
Submissions and enquiries may be sent to me via John.P.Harvey@gmail.com (not the list!). Enquiries on association membership, or on overseas subscriptions to Similia, should go to the association's national administrator, Barbara Armstrong, at >. Advertising enquiries should go to the journal's advertising coordinator, Sharon Jones, on jonesharon11@yahoo.com.au >.
Similia is indexed by CINAHL, a citation index functionally equivalent to Index Medicus / Medline, giving its substantive contents a good potential reach within the medical and healing professions.
Submission guidelines are available from me via John.P.Harvey@gmail.com and from the Australian Homoeopathic Association's web site, , by following the "General Interest" link and then the "Journals" link. Also linked to that page are informative sample articles from recent editions of the journal.
I look forward to seeing your latest case!
John Harvey

Editor, Similia

Hi John,

Just as you sent this email I finished converting my article to your edited version. No longer any need to send me your edited copy and parent reports as asked for in a previous email whilst you were on holidays. Hope it was fun!

Dear Fran,

I'm so sorry; I didn't even recall the request. I've just been back nearly two days and frantically getting things done before I leave for another few days. Heavens above, if there were the changes I typically make to punctuation and so on, it would have taken you a while. Actually, I think your request was while I was away the first time, and I had nearly a week back here then too but simply forgot. My apologies.

I wasn't on holiday, actually, but looking after my mother; she's coming good, I think, but we'll see after this next visit whether she could still use the moral support.

Would it help for me to send you anything at all at this stage? How's the second half coming along -- anything we should talk about? All the best with it and with your practice.

Cheers --

John
