problem with my toungue

for months i am having slight itch or very slight pain under/right
side of my toungue and afraid that may be a cancerous growth.
i have the habit of smokinmg and i consume upto 8 cigarettes a day.
i started using THUJA 200 once in three days next day APIS mel 200
once in three days and next day GALLIUM P 200 once in three day in
rotaions. it is not increasing but has slight weight under the
tounduge. please advise.
