The Joker?

The The Joker, in the Batman comics and films: What remedy(s) or
miasm(s) come to mind for him? I'd had syphilitic in mind, but
suddenly dawned on me that doesn't seem right. Crossing "jesting" with
"cruelty" gives a number of choices. Adding in a pool of rubrics
including the term "grotesque", and the pool narrows to hyos. (And I
forget what miasm that's assigned to; rabies?)
But that's doesn't seem quite convincing to me, so thought I would ask
others' thoughts--what comes to mind?

As he is only a figment of someone else's imagination , may I ask what benefit could be gained by this speculation...if he were a figure from history I could understand, but a fictional character?!
Sorry.

You've never played the "what remedy could this movie character be"
game?? In my school it was used to illustrate various remedy types.
Just for illustrative/mnemonic purposes, and as an "imagination game."

Remembering how Jack Nicholson played him, my first thought would be Leprosy miasm.

Well Shannon,
I get the idea of a game, perhaps I simply don't focus that much of me on homeopathy...I'm not a pro but have many other strings to my bow and enjoy myself in a different way....homeopathy is simply something I do because there is the need and I have a small ability, an enquiring mind and know it works.
I'm not a full time healer, only when I am asked or for my family and animals....I am actually mostly a designer and gardener by profession.
Homeopathy interests me but does not consume me.
You on the otherhand, (excuse my ignorance), are probably a professional, and I would want any pro I asked for help to be mildly obssessed with their subject matter.(lol)
