toxic child

My 6 yr old seems to have toxicity in her that first showed up as
impetigo and now about a month later is still in her system looks like
peeling skin but only around the eye areas. In general she is also
very acidic and has a sluggish bowel cycle although mostly has a good
diet with lots of fruits and veggies. Always eats organic and raw
whenever possible, and no shots or medications ever used. Anybody have
a clue of what's going on and how to assist her body in elimination
process.
