This is the Bowen asthma emergency procedure, it gives clear instructions about what you should do to help someone having an attack. It is on Alastair Rattray's website. He is a very experienced Bowen Technique Practitioner and teacher with the European College of Bowen Studies. Easy to learn and may come in handy one day. Happy New year.
