sore throat that turns to a coryza A

Hi List member,
A patient complains that always AFTER he has a sore throat and it passes and heals -- then he has coryza (cold in the nose, discharge from the nose, sneezing etc...).
It is not both at the same time, just one after the other. I could not find a rubric for that .
1) Are there rubrics or rx that have this situation -- for treating acute situation?
2) Are there remedies for the prevention of this tendency (apart from constiturional treatment) ?
