Muscle Spasms

You can relax your muscles, you can do this with the magnesium. You can use Magnesia phosphorica, but that is not the whole answer, you also need calcium. You should always remained balanced. The pain should go away pretty fast once your balance happens. I've had much success with this myself, and so have my friends you see spasms run rampant in multiple sclerosis people. I guess you could say we are all mineral deficient.
