Because artificial disease is created by proving / administration of
remedies and so deliberate and controllable thru potencies

They are similar to a natural disease thru symptom "similarity"

Or, if this phrase is from Organon's description of the curative action
of remedies, it would be more accurate to say that the "artificial
disease" caused by the remedy is quickly and easily done away with by
the "vital force" (i.e. by the body itself--and usually without
developing any symptoms). And, the vital force does away with the
similar *natural* disease with the same stroke.
