Friends,
Those new emails about Rumsfeld firing Jerry Goyan, the head of the FDA, because Goyan was not supportive of Aspartame is a classic. Did you all know that after Rumsfeld left Searle (the company that sold Aspartame), he worked as Chairman of the Board of Gilead Sciences (the company that brought us Tamiflu).
Hmmmm.
I wonder how all of this flu scare came into us. Rumsfeld is a real master in creating FEAR as a key motivating way to sell products (or his favorite politicians). Sad but true...
