Thank you to all those that helped so much with input and suggestions. I thought you might like to know that the remedy which turned things around was: NUX-V!
I found the remedy after I stopped looking at specifics and looked at modalities. There were very strong agg from cold, desire to wrap the face, and extreme agg from noise of any kind. I could literally feel noise vibrations in the jaw bone. After a miserable time trying remedy after remedy, all strongly indicated for root canal, pain after dental treatment etc., good ole Nux 200C turned things around for me within around 20 minutes. It was truly amazing.
Although I am planning to buy Colin Lessel's book, the implications of my experience reminded me very strongly that we are often seduced into specifics and therapeutics, when focusing on clear modalities would be much more helpful.

Hi All,
Recently my doctor recommended to use Silicea 30 and Hepar Sulph 30 for my wife root canal problem. The pain has gone for now after using it for at least 10 days.
I am not a doctor but I want to post my experience.
