From Hn's teachings, we know that when VF is weak, then it exhibits less and less symptoms.
However, I think this guys has a bit of fit left in him, esp if he can be witty and sarcastic!
From what you have written and his own writings, I have taken the following rubrics:
MIND - ENNUI, tedium
MIND - HAUGHTY
MIND - ABUSIVE
MIND - LOQUACITY
MIND - MOCKING - sarcasm
This leaves us with Ign, Lach and Nux-v.
This is his current state and you need to differentiate amongst these three.
If the tumour is as a direct result of the head injury, then Ailments from injuries to the head becomes and important symptom to consider and you may wish to consider how well Nat-s fits his original state and his state now - you will need to interview him at close quarters perhaps. .

NATRIUM SULPHURICUM (nat-s.)
MIND:
- Sensitive but closed.
- Systematic. Proper. Responsible. Dutiful (Aur, Kali's, Naja).
- Fastidious. According to a plan.
- More irritable than other Natriums.
- Hatred for others. Revengeful. Eventually hard.
- Kind of indifference. Emotions not involved. Estranged from his family.
- Depression with suicidal thoughts (hanging or shooting).
Restrain themselves out of responsibilty for others, who depend on them.
- Sensitive to music; weeps from music.
- Cheerful after stool.
- Mental/emotional changes after injuries to the head or spine.
GENERALITIES:
- SYCOTIC miasm.
- Dry, cool weather.
- > AFTER STOOL.
- Discharges: Greenish-yellow.
- AILMENTS FROM INJURIES TO HEAD AND SPINE.
- Ailments from grief.
FOOD AND DRINKS:
- Desire: Frozen food. YOGHURT. Cold drinks.
- Aversion: YOGHURT.
HEAD:
- Ailments from injuries to the head (Arn).
- Headache with affections of the liver, gall, indigestion;
bitter taste, vomiting bile.
EYE:
- PHOTOPHOBIA (Graph).
- Conjunctivitis with greenish discharge. Agglutinated.
- Yellow discoloration of conjuntiva.
EAR:
- Stitching pain lying
right side with legs curdled up (Mag-m).
- Indigestion and flatulence from farinaceous food.
- Flatulence, kneading abdomen.
RECTUM:
- Cancer of rectum (Nit-ac), sigmoid colon.
- Condylomata.
- SUDDEN URGING AND DIARRHEA cool, dry weather.
- Rattling.
EXPECTORATION:
- Greenish.
CHEST:
- Holds chest when coughing from hollow. weak sensation or from
pain.
- Pneumonia. Chronic bronchitis. Pain through left lower chest.
BACK:
- Rheumatism. Sciatica.
- Injuries to the spine.
EXTREMITIES:
- HIP JOINT DISEASE. Rheumatic pains in hips, motion.
- Heat of soles of feet, uncovers them (Lyc, Med, Puls, Sulph).
- Itching while undressing, < lower limbs.
SLEEP:
- Position: On the left side.
SKIN:
- Warts. Condylomata.
- Itching while undressing (Rumx).
- Jaundice.
Compl: Ars, Med, Thuj.
