Dear Gisela

I am sorry to hear that your friend has been diagnosed MS.

As you may know in MS is a long chronic disease. In homoeopathy we do not
treat any particular disease but the person as a whole.

So your friend needs to be seen by an experienced homoeopath.

If you advise her location, then colleagues may be able to suggest
homoeopaths.
IMPORTANTLY
You mention that she is also over-weight.
It is likely that she avoids sugar and therefore uses artificial sweeteners.
Both MS type symptoms and joint pains are associated with the consumption of
the sweetener ASPARTAME. (It is in all 'diet' drinks; Canderel, Nutrasweet,
Equal, almost any thing that is 'sugar free' and 'reduced sugar. etc) So
please ask her to check the labels on EVERYTHING she consumes - it is in
some 7000 different foods and drinks including medication and vitamins. In
some people a small amount is sufficient to bring about symptoms.

Aspartame is also a cause of people increasing their weight as it induces
carbohydrate appetite and interferes with 'stomach FULL' signal to the brain
so the person needs to eat often.

The good thing is that by ABSOLUTE avoidance of aspartame the body recovers.
(In one case that I know within some 6-9 months a diabetic patient recovered
his sight after having been blind.)

For more info please see www.wnho.net

Hope she makes a full recovery.

Regards

Soroush
