H:MC21 at a demonstration this Saturday 3 November

Subject: H:MC21 at a demonstration this Saturday 3 November
Dear supporters
Uschi and William will be at the NHS Together demonstration this
weekend with the H:MC21 banner. We would be delighted if you were
able to join us.
The demonstration starts at 11 a.m. Temple Place, Victoria
Embankment, London on Saturday 3 November. It has been called by
NHS Together to defend the NHS, since the cuts being made affect not
just homeopathy, but mental health care, arts therapies and others
therapies.
H:MC21 is joining this demonstration to show that we have no
disagreement with health workers, nor with a health service free at
the point of delivery. What we disagree with is a health service
that does not permit the necessary range of therapeutic methods
needed to meet people's needs, especially when this reduction in
choice is caused by the costs of one particular therapeutic method:
drug therapy.
We believe that the more health workers understand homeopathy, the
more they will see its real benefits compared with the consequences
of drug treatments. Such understanding can only be helped by
sharing the common fight for decent health services, and from showing
a willingness to be united on issues in common while discussing our
differences.
This is part of H:MC21's object: to educate people about homeopathy,
and we hope it will be a wonderful opportunity and look forward to
seeing as many of you as can make it.
