Does anyone have any experience of the brain tumors that are possibly a
consequence of the poliomyelitis vaccine that was given in the 50s. My
understanding is that the medium used for its growth was monkey kidney
cells which were contaminated with a virus, and it is this slow growing
virus that causes the brain tumor. I think I am wondering around the
miasmatic base - it probably wouldn't be the polio but rather the virus
that would need to be addressed?

This brain tumor was removed quite a few years ago and the client
mentions that before it's removal she had an aversion to moonlight -
this is no longer present. She is currently getting headaches which are
similar to the headaches she was getting before the brain tumor was
removed (medical checks remain clear)but with much less intensity. Can
I use the aversion to moonlight as a modality, would it be part of the
case totality? or should I regard this lovely symptom as a distraction.

Yes it would be part of the case totality- Not necessarily now -
immediately if there are other prominent modalities etc. but later
on -

The patient was not treated with homeopathy for this before - right?

So the disease is still there- even though the tumor is not-

Follow it up step by step - for now first preference is to the
present, predominant and peculiar symptoms... the aversion is
peculiar and probably suppressed by the surgery and so probably needs
to be included and addressed - but let it come up - for now go with
what is being presented and see where it leads

That's what I was thinking.

No she hasn't been treated for it with homoeopathy - and she is over-
reactive and exhausted, so we are needing to move very gently and
slowly - interesting... I hadn't put this together before - that the
energy level can be depleted and yet the vital force can still react
out of all proportion to the stimulus.

I don't have experience with this homeopathically, but you would always
deal with the symptom picture and the miasm (you don't try to guess that it
is polio vaccine or SV40 virus, or whatever - Aphorism 1 and footnote)

You have to deal with the symptoms that are present now.
