BLOOD TESTS

Can a blood test have markers that will quantitatively show cholesterol and triglyceride levels over the past 30 days?

All I know of is the HbA1C test which show 3 month markers for glucose but that is because of the life span on the red blood cell where the glucose attaches itself.
