Oops -- forgot one of my main arguments for considering Lycopodium in this
case. Vithoulkas ascribes the seat of Lycopdium pathology to sexual desire
that has gotten turned off or suppressed. The vaginismus this patient
describes, as well as her lack of sexual desire after having previously
enjoyed sexual relations fall under this situation well. Vaginismus is
indeed a Lycopodium symptom.
