Which is homeopathy

In my dream I have a patient with a chronic liver problem ( from
malaria and also may be due to Valproic acid he took as an allopathic
treatment or whatever till about 2 months back and the current
problems might have started from there) now with some acute pain on
liver region-
The following medicines seemed appropriate -
He looks like a chronic Lycopodium.
I recently read that Tinospora cordifolia is a good liver tonic,
herb, good anti-malarial etc and I want to give it in 2x and seems to
fit his liver problems
Valproic acid 30 for counter acting the effects of allopathic
drugging
but his current acute symptoms seem to be like Berberis v. as well...
patient cannot come to see me often and cannot get to phone
frequently
I have to decide between these approaches, Please recommend a
homepathically appropriate approach that ensures that my ordinary
dream does not become a night mare....If possible explain why this
selection is not scary-
pick one of these or add as you wish - but the medicines should only
be from the four above
1)Lycopodium LM1 , repeat
2)Valproic acid + Tinospora + Berberis+ Lycopodium continue till cure
( or whatever)
3)Berberis V daily 1 dose , Lyco weekly, Valproic acid 30
occasionally, Tinospora MT 15 drops 3 times daily
4) Berb v daily, Tinopsora daily , later Valproic acid and Lyco after
patient gets better
5) Or any other better approach
Question for special bonus points: Why is number 2 a good idea or a
bad idea? Is that homeopathy or not?
People like Dr.Cotter with decades of experience might not object (
I will not object either though I would hesitate to do it in my
practice and still call it homeopathy- but -all the 4 in the
combination are individualized for that patient - so it is not blind
combination but intelligent revolutionary combination)
Thanks for not waking me up
