Dear colleagues,
The Ghana Homeopathy Project (run by Linda Shannon, Sheila Ryan and myself) was set up 18 months ago to provide sustainable homeopathic clinics and education to the peoples of Ghana. We are looking for qualified homeopaths who would like to volunteer for a period of time to help in the Project (between two weeks to 6 months). We have established clinics in Accra and its suburbs, as well as in the Mafi-Seva region, and we are supporting local people there who are studying Homeopathy. An open evening for prospective volunteers will take place on sunday 21st October at my house in south London. Pleased email me off list if you are interested or have further questions. Kind regards, Grace

Hello,
Happy New Year from the Ghana Homeopathy Project team.
Our work here and in Ghana is ever increasing as homeopathy is getting more established and our clinics becoming more popular.
To continue and further our programmes we need more volunteers to come to Ghana. We are looking for experienced homeopaths who would like to work in our different clinics. Towards early summer we will be requiring a coordinator to take over from Richard when he is leaving. There is much to be done, running clinics, teaching the programs, doing supervision, and overall coordinating the projects in Ghana.
We also need help with various tasks here in the Uk . If you have any spare time, please get in touch. Financial donations are always welcome to keep the project alive and progressing as well as donations of books and remedies. Please contact Linda Shannon (linda.m.shannon@googlemail.com ) or Angie Metzger (metzang@aol.com ) with any enquiries or offers of support.
We attached a report telling you about one of our recent activities in Ghana and we hope you find this stimulating.
Kind wishes
Angie Metzger

Subject: Ghana Homeopathy Project
Dear friends of the Ghana Homeopathy Project,

Our latest newsletter is ready at last! The Project has been expanding and we are pleased to inform you of the recent developments. For the past 6 months, we have been fortunate to have a very experienced homeopath and teacher, Richard Pitt, as our long term volunteer in Ghana. This has enabled us to start more training programmes and hold more clinics for the local communities. To help us to continue and expand our work, now more than ever, we value your support .

Please do pass this newsletter on to anyone you think may be interested. Our main goal now is to find long term volunteers to build on Richard's work when he leaves in June. We are networking to find a homeopath with a few years experience who may like to spend 3 months or longer in Ghana, as well as people who can go for up to 2 weeks or more to teach and treat people. We would love to expand our standing order base which is the mainstay of the project.

Thank you, once more, for your interest and your continuing support for homeopathy to grow in Ghana.
With Best Wishes,
Angie Metzger, Grace Da Silva Hill, Sheila Ryan and Linda Shannon (UK GHP Team)
