Somewhere in my files I remember Julian had written instructions for a 'quit smoking' remedy. A friend asked me about it and I can't locate it among my files. Does anyone have it handy?

Here you go:
Francisco Eizayaga was using "Tabacum fumar" back in 1985 or so...
Had the patients make it themselves from THEIR cigarettes....
Get a soda bottle. Fill it about ¾ full of water. Light up your favorite and blow the smoke into the bottle. Do the WHOLE cigarette.
When done, cover the bottle and shake it hard ten times.
Now, pour out 9/10th of the water and re-fill to previous level.
Shake again.
Repeat 6 times.
You now have "Tabacum fumar" in about a 6X.
When you want to light up-- just take a swig.
I've known several people who have done this and found it killed the craving.
Eizayaga reported great success with it.

Jean and Lynn - thank you so much. I'll put it in my 'bedside prescriber' book this time.

Is it Tabacum Fumar that you make from your brand of cigarette smoke as if so I have the directions.

Rochelle, Thank you. Yes it is the tabacum fumar I was looking for - but both Lynn and Jean must have been online when I submitted the question and they were both kind enough to respond immediately.
