There was a post a couple of months ago from someone to the group asking about feelings of tiredness after rising. Should that be still a concern, e-mail me. I have a few thoughts I'd be happy to share.

Hi JEan

Symptom picture in the case I am referring to:

Tiredness would hit about 2 - 3 hours after rising. Ears were full, forehead was full, hearing was impaired., fluid noises in the inner ear when moving the jaw.

Extreme vertigo on 2-3 occasions within a short period of time (1-3 weeks).Iridology indicated a lot of catarrh build up the system

Reping came out with Chin s and Glon - both seemed to help along with the appropriate sarcode for inner ear. But the big help was a head cold (natures way). For a month considerable mucous was released in which 8 - 9 boxes of Kleenex were used over a month period. Inhaling of hot water with some Vicks in the water 2 - 3 x /day. OR a good hot shower helped loosen up things. With the catarrh removal the head pressures and tired feelings abated.
