Hi List member,
For dealing with an acute case of injury in an unvaccinated person, I have a few important questions and I will be very grateful for your help:
1/ Can Tetanus develope in a SUPERFICIAL wound (caused by falling on a stone)?
(the skin was torn and the wound bled).
It is not a puncture wound. What remedies can help here as TETANUS PROPHYLAXIS?
2/ What happens if the Tetanus bacteria goes into the blood circulation ( and assuming that the wound itself is healed) can it grow and thrive there and cause the disease?
3/ If the wound heals perfectly - is it an indication to stop taking the prophylactic remedy?

No. Tetanus can ONLY develop in a wound that has no air or oxygen
getting to it, so a surface wound does not qualify.
I would simply use Calendula cream- (but you can use a mix of calendula
and hypericum in the cream - it is even sold that way readymade in some
places, as "Hypercal" cream. Not as classical but extremely effective.)

I've used either of those for myself and my cats - I refuse tetanus
vaccinations.

The tetanus danger is not from the bacterium as an infection, but from
the toxin produced by the bacterium.
So to make the toxin you would have to provide an anaerobic environment
(minus air or oxygen) for the bacterium, to grow into a colony and make
toxin - there is no such environment or danger in a surface wound.

Surface wound does not need tetanus prophylaxis.
Puncture wound may need prophylaxis till the INSIDE of the wound is
healed. Puncture wounds seal off outside before the inside is healed -
and THAT is what can allow tetanus bacteria to grow and make toxin. The
act of the deep wound sealing off the air to the inner part of the wound
is the problem, IF there are tetanus bacteria in it. (There might not be.)
On a topical wound, it's not an issue.
