Clinically, the patient came to get help to come off heroin and was
an alcohol abuser too.
The gesture she used was a spinning movement sketched in the air with
her finger. It was how she was describing her life.
I casually asked her what she liked in the natural world and she
replied "everything, I love all of nature"
I then asked specifically about spiders and she was terrified even at
the thought of them. She didn't want to discuss them AT ALL!
Later I found out that her big sister had made her kiss pictures of
tarantulas when she was little, under threat of worse if she refused.
She asked what the remedy was and then quickly said "no, I don't
think I want to know!
"Would you be willing/able to describe what this adds to theridion's
materia medica? This is an area where I especially appreciate these
methods (e.g. Sankaran, Scholten, etc.)--in allowing one to
successfully prescribe a remedy whose materia medica is still
sketchy;
and those successful cases expand our understanding of the remedies.

A few weeks ago, I was sent notification of an intensive workshop
that was happening in India over several days, with several teachers
including Rajan, which would have given me a better understanding, I
think, in the "sensations" technique.
