I use cast iron or stainless steel with coconut oil (best oil to be using)
or sometimes just some water in the pan
all works just fine.

Done! I saw coconut oil yesterday at the health food store on sale, i'll go back tomorrow and get some. I do have both of the others mentioned and will get a few more to replace the others that are now gone. Thanks for bringing this up.
