odd symptom: perspiration on fingertips when hungry

Does anyone have any ideas for rubric, MM info on this symptom? There is a small rubric for perspiration on fingertips, but it's without the hunger modality and I'm not sure how useful it is.

Would this rubric be helpful (maybe combined with a specific perspiration remedy)?

Interesting! This case is shaping up as a kali-c case in many ways, but I'm trying to open things up, not lock myself into kali-c just yet. Vera
