Can someone by himself or herself perform The Heimlich maneuver procedure to remove a foreign object lodged in the airway

You use the corner of a chair - like a high backed chair or something like
that will not be too sharp but will be able to push up in similar to hands.
But if you can breate and talk, it doesn't sound like is in your airway.
Maybe just irritated. Go to an ER if concerned
