With any water dose, consideration MUST be give to the state of the patient. Any Agg or Amel or Return of old symptoms dictates that you stop any further dosing until the situation normalises again.

Yes I do realise that. If you see from my original post that is exactly what I have told the Folliculinum patient to do.
However from reading Luc de Schepper book on 5th Edition prescribing I see that you do continue dosing if there is a gradual amel - but adjust it to for instance - from the second cup every other day. This is what I have done in the psoriasis case and the amel is continuing. In this case there was no agg.
