'How to' animation now posted on my website

IN case anyone's interested I have updated the how Rxs are made and
(finally) worked out how to embed that video into my web page ( it
wasn't hard! doh!)

Im guessing that's tongue in cheek;-)
But I'll tell you how I did it,

... I did a Multimedia HND ( just out of interest) and did this as the animation module.
We had to make a one minute animation using Adobe 'After Effects'.
So I had to prepare each one of those funny little images in photoshop, colour them, size them etc - took me AGES!
Then had to get my head round 'After Effects' - aaaagh never again , once was enough for me
I couldn't put it on the web before because it was saved in the wrong format for the web, and I wasn't going to do the whole thing again in 'Flash' - however with the advent of 'YouTube' they change the format automatically - so now it's there - hurrah!
ain't technology wonnerful?
I have had so many people ask me over the years how remedies are made so I guess there really is be a use for this
