Convincing allopaths

Hi List,
I quite agree that it would be desirable to convince allopath MD's of
homeopathy.
I also agree or assert that this cannot be done on the base of our
theories - they are too indefinite to be convincing to people who are
not convinced already.
Most homeopaths, MD's or others, habe become convinced by experiencing
or seeing evidence of the effectiveness of homeopathy.
Therefore, IMO, the way to convince is to present evidence.
One way to do this would be to point allopaths to Michael Dean's book
"The Trials of Homeopathy". Michael has donated his author's fees to
the Classen Foundation for research on homeopathy - this is just to
clarify the issue, that neither I nor Michael himself make any profit
from my doing PR for his book.
The reason why I specify his book is that it is a very scholarly work
by a scholar of History of Homeopathy, working at it at a British
University - so his credentials should be flawless enough for any MD
to accept them to start out with, and so should be his research upn
reading.
Another way to convince by evidence would be for the well-trained,
experienced and busy homeopaths, who have a good to excellent rate of
success - from what I have been reading, there should exist quite a
few of them - to take medical students in to their practices as locums
- i. e. to have them sit in on an everyday basis for a certain length
of time.
At least in Germany there are quite a few medical students who are
interested in homeopathy. I should think that many of them would
welcome a chance to do so, even if they cannot use it for credit.
